Berry Power Drink
Add oats to your favorite fruit juice for a cholesterol-lowering power smoothie.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup fruit juice (orange, cranberry, apple)
- 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
- 8 oz vanilla yogurt, low-fat
- 2/3 cup Quaker® Oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked)
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Sugar to taste
Directions:
- Place all ingredients except ice in blender container.
- Cover; blend on HIGH speed about 2 minutes or until smooth.
- Gradually add ice; blend on HIGH speed an additional minute or until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
Serving Size: 1-1/2 cups
