Super Sirloin

Your backyard cookout will be a hit in the neighborhood with this incredible combination of flavors.

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs top sirloin or flank steak
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp McCormick® Grill Mates® Montreal Steak Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp orange juice
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger

Directions:

  1. Place steak in a large, sealable plastic bag.
  2. In a small bowl, blend all other ingredients until smooth. Pour marinade over steak.
  3. Close bag and turn it to coat the steak evenly. Refrigerate for 1 hour, longer for extra flavor.
  4. Remove meat from marinade and place on grill over medium heat.
  5. Grill to desired doneness, basting with remaining marinade halfway through cooking. Discard leftover marinade.
