Summer Breezes Smoothie
Here's a perfect low-fat thirst quencher for warm summer afternoons - and it's a couple of servings of fruit, too!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup yogurt, plain, nonfat
- 6 strawberries, medium
- 1 cup pineapple, crushed, canned in juice
- 1 banana, medium
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 ice cubes
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth.
- Serve in a frosted glass.
