Effective March 14, 2011, Sentry Health Monitors, LLC (“Sentry Health”) is now the owner and operator of all health monitors previously owned by Lifeclinic International, Inc. (“Lifeclinic”) and operates all health monitors held under lease with retail and non-retail customers. Sentry Health owns and operates a network of over 20,000 commercial, automated, blood pressure monitors and health stations located in pharmacies, retail groceries, worksites, medical clinics, and health clubs in the United States and Canada, and which account for 500 million blood pressure measurements annually. Sentry Health has commenced the manufacture of new health monitors and is now carrying out service operations for all health monitors currently in operation in its network. Sentry Health intends to move forward aggressively over the coming years with the deployment of next generation health monitors that offer digital media capability and seamless data connectivity. A dynamic new management team has been assembled to operate Sentry Health, including some former employees of Lifeclinic with substantial health monitor industry experience.
