A Week With The Dash DietHere is a week of menus from the DASH eating plan. The menus are based on 2,000 calories a day--serving sizes should be increased or decreased for other caloric levels. Also, to ease the calculations, some of the serving sizes have been rounded off. Recipes are linked to highlighted items.
