Lifeclinic Diabetes Tracking – Auto Glucose
Data Upload
You can now upload your glucose results conveniently from the following glucose
monitoring systems and track them online with lifeclinic.com Diabetes Tracking:
Steps
- Make sure your meter make and model are included in the table above.
- You will need a special serial cable to connect your meter and PC. Click on name
of manufacturer above to obtain ordering information and other information about data
management, uploading capability, and required equipment.
- Connect your glucose meter to a serial port of your computer with the serial cable.
- Log on to lifeclinic.com and click on the Glucose Upload page link under Health Charts.
- Make sure your glucose meter is on before uploading data.
- On the glucose upload screen, click
'Retrieve Readings'.
- Glucose data from your meter should now populate the data table.
- Before uploading the data to your health record, you may make changes to the data on this table or select the data you want to upload by checking the ‘UL’ boxes.
- When data is complete and accurate, press the 'Upload Readings' button for storage to your online health record.
 If you are currently logged in, go to the Glucose Upload page now. If not logged in, go to the
Login page now to continue.
