Berry Power Drink

Add oats to your favorite fruit juice for a cholesterol-lowering power smoothie.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fruit juice (orange, cranberry, apple)
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 8 oz vanilla yogurt, low-fat
  • 2/3 cup Quaker® Oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked)
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Sugar to taste

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients except ice in blender container.
  2. Cover; blend on HIGH speed about 2 minutes or until smooth.
  3. Gradually add ice; blend on HIGH speed an additional minute or until smooth.
  4. Serve immediately.
Serving Size: 1-1/2 cups
